    For your total comfort and guaranteed satisfaction, kindly abide by our etiquette philosophies. We respectfully request that all visitors must keep noise to a minimum. Do not bring children and leave them unattended, to avoid discomfort to other spa goers. Please refrain from bringing cellular phones and other electronic devices within the vicinity of the spa treatment room. Be reminded that you are in a professional spa therapy operations and so do not expect anything other than therapeutic or spa services.

  • Q2Reservations

    Advance booking prior to your arrival is recommended to reserve your preferred date and time treatment.

  • Q3Check-In

    Please check-in at the spa reception at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and coordinate with the reception staff, to orient you with your treatment all the way and to maximize treatment time.

  • Q4Spa Treatment

    The spa opens from 10:00 to 24:00 hours a day.We accept the last booking at no later than 22:00 hours.

  • Q5Spa Consideration

    Guest with high blood pressure, heart ailment or pregnancy or who has other medical complications is advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any spa service. Please be reminded that we are not responsible for any health circumstances that may occur during the treatment.

  • Q6Cancellation Policy

    A 3-hour notice is required for us to reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability.

  • Q7Where and how can I make my reservation?

    You can make your reservation by phone or through our Online Booking System at https://booking.letsrelaxspa.com

  • Q8What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept card payments (Visa and Mastercard) for our Online Booking, and Thai QR Payment.

    For walk-in customers, we also accept cash, Alipay, Wechat Pay.

  • Q9What proper clothing should I wear during my treatment?

    We provide appropriate attire for each treatment, which can are pajamas for Thai Massages, and disposable underwear for Oil-based Massages.

  • Q10Do you have any service charge or what is your tipping policy?

    Service charges are included in the price of the treatment while tipping for the therapist is under the guest’s discretion.

  • Q11How can I be sure that my health is not at stake during my treatment?

    Our spa promotes our clients Good Health, so rest assured that our therapists are experts and professionals. But kindly advise us regarding your health situation or any medical complications and please ask the recommendation of your doctor before signing up for any spa service to avoid health complications.

  • Q12At what age do you accept for massage?

    We accept guests who are as young as 7 years old and as old as 80 years of age. If you bring younger children than the required age, they can stay with you in the massage room.  However, please make sure they do not disrupt the spa experience of nearby guests.

  • Q13Do you have shuttle bus service?

    Please be informed that there is a shuttle service at Samui branch only. This service is available for the customers who booked the spa packages only (except dream package and heavenly relax) and a minimum of 2 persons. The shuttle service is provided for a one-way, either pick up or drop off in Chaweng and Bo Phut Area only.

  • Q14Can I receive the treatments during pregnancy?

    Yes, there is a treatment that you can receive during your pregnancy which is Dr.Spiller Facial Massage.
